- First Mow & Trim - Grass cutting of all turf to standard cutting height of 2.5" - 3" and trimming along all edges of the turf.
- Turf Leaf & Debris Cleanup - Leaves, sticks and other debris will be cleaned and bagged from the turf area.
- Blow Out of Hedges & Beds - Leaves and debris blown out from hedges, beds and rock gardens.
- Bagging & Removal of Clippings & Debris - Up to 5 bags of clippings, leaves and debris will be removed. Extra bags will be removed for $4.00 a bag.
- Power Raking - Removal of all accumulated debris and dead grass from turf.
- Core Aeration - Aeration is done using a plug aerator. Plugs will be left on the turf surface to decompose.
- Power Edging - Overgrown grass around the concrete areas will be mechanically removed.
- Fertilization - One application of fertilizer with a broadcast spreader.
- Cleaning up of Pet Waste
- Cleaning up of Large Branches
- Grass under inaccessible areas
- No objects will be moved for liability reasons
- Please move all vehicles from driveways, parking pads and streets, as we cannot responsible for any damage caused by objects thrown by machinery
